Ok.. I need some help guys and gals. I am just smoked still from Friday's crossfit workout. I can't even bend my arms : ( Any sugguestions for herbals that might speed up the recovery time?

H20, sleep, diet (Zone or close to it), GOOD food based multi-vitamin, L-Glutamine, Fish Oil, Flaxseed, Glucosomine.

That's all I take.

I picked up some fish oil tablets too. Everywhere I've read recommends around 2 grams a day?

Good diet and fish oil. Lately all I've been taking is 2 grams of fish oil a day due to laziness. If you can get into the 4-8 gram range you might benefit more.
