10:25 for me... some how i cut my thumb doing that god dam rope climb as well...
I dont know who plans on running the 4k today but I will be there around 5:45 to run that
14:30 Rx (135#)...and I'm having trouble using a pen today
I think my time was 15:47 (or something close to that). My forearms were burning like the clap after that workout!

chalk is your friend...The messier you are with it the better your lifts...
