Or at least muffins. There should totally be muffins.
We will definitely be having an open house with treats soon...
How bout everyone gets a homemade muffin basket? Or better yet, how bout we just start calling Jeff "Muffin". I like it!

Woo hoo! What more could I ask for than a new gym in which to get my Crossfit on after a 4 month hiatus!! I'm excited to see the new digs tonight!!

Call if you get lost and then whoever answers will make fun of you because it is so easy to find. The new gym is awesome. Michael wasted no time setting up the stereo. We had that place bumping this morning.
If you can't make it to the new gym and that loved one slipped away Just do what this guy does.

Charlie, as good as you look in those tight khakis, it doesn't help that you spelled my name wrong on that flag.
Charlie, that video is the sole reason you were voted "Best Boyfriend Material" by 1/2 of the single CF ladies and creepiest by the other 1/2.
I swore at the beginning of that video that it looked identical to Lano when he walks into the gym at night....reeking of dirt.

Its not my fault everytime we were supposed to meet up downtown you said "I'm with a girl" when all I heard was "It's Raining Men" in the background...
Danny, when I said I was "with a girl" I must have been standing in line behind a gal at Blockbuster. You know as well as I do that there was no communication going on... Let's do downtown when you're back in town
