Tabata Interval of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times per exercise. 1 minute rotation between each.
- Squats
- Push-ups
- Sit-ups
- 20" box jumps
- Thrusters
Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

So.. are you guys going to do Crossfit tonight then jiu-jitsu?
*I notice that on Fridays, Crossfit and the Judo/take downs class is at the same time 6pm?

You are right. Takedowns and CF are at the same time. The idea is that there will eventually be a seperate group that just does CF.
If you would like to do CF today it is open for your WOD anytime from 4:00-8:00pm.
We are going to get where people come in during the day at their own times, do the WOD and leave. The classes are a great way to get instruction and work on technique.
I'm doing Crossfit early.. around 4:30 or so.. and then going to my daughters softball game. I'll be at Jiu Jitsu Tomorrow morning for class if you feel like getting beat up by an average asian.
