Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
5 Rounds
**You may not let go of the bar at anytime during a set or you will go back to zero. You may rest as long as needed between rounds**

I liked this one.
It was a really nice set up to work on my technique.
I'll admit I used a weight that was way too light, but I'll up it 20lbs next time it comes around.
It was good to work with a partner too, making sure that technique was solid and giving motivation.
I'm back!!
