What is this Maltzy challenge??
Maltz challenge is one of the hero workouts... but I'll wont ruin the surprise and tell you what it is.
I am coming up from Iowa tomorrow night. We have some pretty sweet shirts. Red & Black T-shirts, and Gray Sweatshirts. They all have the CF Iowa logo on te front and a CF saying on the back.
T-shirts are $18, and sweatshirts are $30 if anyone wants me to bring some up...
