8-16-07 WOD

The first time through some of you missed Murph's first appearance. Those that finished it the first time have requested that we do it again. Have fun.

"Murph"

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

To all you people who did it under 40 minutes, I can only say that it's easier if you spread it out over more time!!! I have something else I could say, but it's a family style blog.
