World Class Fitness in 100 Words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

As a special lunchtime treat today K-Ped came in to see us. Not to workout mind you...just to hang out and antagonize the crew while they worked. After everyone was done with their workout Charlie asked me, "Can me and K-Ped take the tire out?". I said sure. 10 minutes later I looked outside and this is what I saw. Moral of the story: K-Ped is an instigator.

I saw this and the first thing that came to mind was the 80's horror movie "Maximum Overdrive" and its killer semi's.

Those of us that grew up in the 80's will remember this masterfull film and the classic AC/DC soundtrack "Who Made Who"

Luckily Josh and E-Train are CrossFit and were able to out run this rig.
