For time:

Row 2K or 200 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (45lb)
50 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
Row 1K or 100 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
35 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
Row 500M or 50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball

That had to be the worst one yet.

31:48 (If I remember correctly). I'm still suffering from that workout. Not sure I did all of the original 200 SDHP (lost count)

I change my mind, jiu jitsu doesn't suck, Crossfit sucks :).

My vote still stands as Murph as the worst.
