3-25-08 WOD Straight from HQ!


It's been a while since we have done a workout right from HQ.

Five rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

(you should have 5 seperate scores)
