Courtesy of our two newest certified kettlebell instructors:

"Kettlebell Hell"

4 minutes each. 1 minute each.
Clean
Front Squat
Press

Then
4 minute long cycle

Big Ups to Mel today for stopping 3/4 way through her kettlebell hell to help me complete the team challange! And then she went back and finished her kettlebell WOD like it was nothing! 1.6 WOD's in one session!!
