Ok, I started to go through withdrawal, so I stopped at Lifetime tonight and made it happen:

Warm-up:
3 miles interval run - pick a landmark 50-100 meters out, and sprint there. Pick the next landmark 50-100 meters out and jog there.

WOD Attempt 1: (135#)
0:45 and 6 thrusters in - Holy %$#@ 135 is heavy!

- reset timer and rep count -

WOD Attempt 2: (115#)
18:11 - Had to sub regular dips for ring dips, because LTF has no rings. I should have upped the reps for the regular dips, but I didn't.
