I think this was my roughest CrossFit workout to date - no idea why it was so hard. I was kicking tail the first round, and then it all fell apart.

The GHD Machine leaves no prisoners.
Think about doing some extra GHD sit-up/Back Ext for your warm-up and cool down so form can be the focus.
