Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

1/2 body weight Push press, 15 reps [wmv] [mov]

Rope climb, 15 foot ascent

Scale as needed.

There are no set rest days since different people have different schedules. We recommend 3 on 1 off.
