"Kinda a Linda"

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Ring Push-Ups
Clean: 3/4 body weight

For Time

OR

3 Attempts at max loads for:

Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift

225# DL, 135# cleans,reg ring dips:45:16...and my shins will still be bleeding tomorrow.

did my body weight for DL 185,half my BW for cleans, reg ring dips:27:53 had to scale down weight ,for now...
