4 Rounds For Time

- 20 Pull-Ups
- 20 Box Steps with dumbbells/kettlebells
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 20 Jiu-Jitsu Sit-ups (GHD if your daring)
- 20 Explosive Sprints (20ft)

29:50 using 35# KB for swings, 30# KB's for box step-ups

Had to make up my own because of what space and equipment available (see 7-27-07 post)

3/4 mile run
20 thrusters with 35 lb DB's (70# total)
20 DB snatches with 35# DB

2 rounds (easin' back into it, pukie was with me the whole last round but never caught me)

It's always nice to feel the love. Surfing is in two days (when I am more bouyant and sober). I have to go buy us matching shorts and hawaiian shirts today.
