10 Push-Ups
15 Squats
Each minute on the minute for 30mins. If you are unable to complete a round in less than a minute, count how many you did do in less than a minute and keep going for 30mins. You will have two totals then: Rounds in under a minute (Rx) and Total Rounds.

10 1-Legged Squats
15 Pull-Ups
Max rounds in 20mins.

I am thinking I will probably dislike anyone that I meet named Chelsea due to this one. Longest 30 minutes ever! Managed to do all 30- I did do aided pull ups and switched to 'girl push ups' half way through... my arms were a dying.

Chelsea was a B*tch for sure! Finished all 30 rounds but none included kipping pull-ups :(

Pull ups = aided
Push up = RX(15), aided (15)
Squats = RX (full extension- whoot-whoot!)

P.S. I'd like to thank each & every one of you who continually reminds me of my shortcomings in the pull-up department b/c it makes me push harder to get those dang things down!

Just watched the Fran video...that guy is insane. And those kipping pullups were unreal. Are they crossfitting at Lifetime or something??

That video is amazing, I do have to admit that my favorite part is the guy in the background who knocks out 5 reps on the dip machine and decides that there is something wrong with his elbow and wanders off.
