2,000m row (or 1 mile run)
10 knees to elbows
10 Heavy kettlebell swings
10 Heavy push press (115#)
10 GHD situps

If this WOD was a person, I would pistol whip them and spit in their eyeball!!! Around 29 minutes for me... I suck at running, especially around those buildings...

I have to say that the Queen smoked this. I was impressed. Best time so far....maybe because there was none of that one exercise that gives the Queen fits. Pull something or others. :-)

I know this was a bear guys. Great work. You all tackled it head on!!
