I think it was 35:00 and change for me, with a 3:51 (800m) after a 2 min rest.

I am very comfortable saying that most...yes most of my ring push ups were aided (on knees). Those were without a doubt, KILLLLL-ER!!!

31:35 (I think) for the WOD and 3:11 for the 800 meter dash.

When I grow up, I want to crossfit just like Ele!

I think I did 4 un-aided ring pushups.
