Hooray! Hooray! It's Kettlebell Day!

2 Rounds:

1 minute each arm. 4 minutes total:
Clean and Press with Squat

2 minutes:
Plank Rows

100 Twists

This WOD was a nice change of pace, as we didn't keep score of reps but rather concentrated on form.

I also enjoyed not keeping score...but just for the record...I did about 900 or so reps.
