Those that have Kipping pull-ups down, are you ready to try Butterfly pull-ups? Watch your chin!

50 Abmat sit-ups
50 double unders (200 skips)
50 Abmat sit-ups
50 walking lunge steps
50 Abmat sit-ups
50 pull-ups (100 jumping)
50 Abmat sit-ups

The E-trayne was starting to run out of steam toward the end due to having to perform 100 jumping pullups. If the work is going to be doubled for assisted pullups then I better get those dang kippers down!

Did 6/17 WOD. No abmat so elbows to knees, 200 skips, 25 pullups, 50 jumping. Wasn't pretty. 18:45.
