It was a bit lonely doing this on my own so next time I'll have to remember to bring music...or maybe Vince can lend me his giganto headphones. Might be tough lugging around the extra 4lbs on my earlobes but it'll just add to the challenge ;)

I also wanted to share really interesting article I found yesterday from a well-respected CrossFit affiliate in Boston. From the first time I did CrossFit, I was sandbagging during my runs, and using them as a moving rest period. This article put a stop to that.
