I didn't. I actually posted this on Thursday, the day before HQ posted "Mr Joshua". We actually did this back on July 14th.

I wasn't so up on my GHD situps, and Michael was good enough to help me with my form on Saturday AM, but they still felt a little awkward.

Oh ok... we did Mr. Joshua and it was a bear... 250lb deadlift with a lot of reps and 5 tounds was brutal
