Run 400m
21 medicine ball cleans [wmv][mov]
21 knees to elbows [mov][wmv]
Run 800m
15 medicine ball cleans
15 knees to elbows
Run 1200m
9 medicine ball cleans
9 knees to elbows

New routine;

Swim in ocean
Swim in pool
Drink Mai Tai

As many rounds as you can complete in 3 days. Not for time.

This leads to doing 'Michael' on day 4 with a time of...

1 hr 11 min 59 sec.

What amazes me is the other 11 people in the workout room doing 'aerobic' exercise, inside, on machines when outside it is amazing. It is fun to watch others doing things like bicep curls in the mirror and stair-step machines with a 6 inch range of motion. Nothing to motivate a workout like feeling self-righteous about abusing yourself. Anywho, I think I drank too much of the kool-aid. There is an unused pullup bar and some dumbbells here (other than me) so I better do some other routines. Hope you are all well (and suffering).

It's always nice to feel the love and support when I am so far away from home. Surfing is planned for wednesday. Tomorrow I have to go shopping for matching board shorts and hawaiian shirts for DH and me.
