Sorry, I didn't mean to gloat :) I'm still getting used to this blogging thing... BTW, where the heck is the WOD for 4/25??? The suspense of knowing what hellacious workout lies ahead is killing me!!

Burning 45 total Cals is just fine as we restrict total calorie intake to 50 total cals a day, more percisely 5 green grapes. ;-)

It is used as a measure of power output in this situation.
