From looking at the picture it doesn't look like you were working nearly as hard as you should have been, Danny ;) Seriously you rocked this workout! You got the worst luck of the draw but you did awesome! The Queen bows down to you...

10:25 for me... some how i cut my thumb doing that god dam rope climb as well...

I dont know who plans on running the 4k today but I will be there around 5:45 to run that

I think my time was 15:47 (or something close to that). My forearms were burning like the clap after that workout!

XFit Milestone: 1st torn callus! (guess I should lay off the chalk for a bit...)

I will be running the 4K and will be ready & rearing to go around 5:45 DRod!
