8 rounds Tabata Knees to Elbows (elbows straight, strict and controlled)

8 rounds Tabata Thrusters (15#/25#)
200m Sprint for time

Score Tabata total and individual 200m times.

The scoring was too hard to remember...I hurt today, nuff said.

This was a nice quick workout! Gotta love those Tabatas :)

200m dash- low= 30 sec., Average = 31 sec.
Tabata - low = 28, Average = 35
