The Bear (Modified)

7 Sets of the following:

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

5 Rounds

**You may not let go of the bar at anytime during a set or you will go back to zero. You may rest as long as needed between rounds**

The "Iron Ladies" (aka- Liz & E-Trayne) tackled this WOD with 4 rounds RX(45#) and 1 round @ 55#..ya know, just cuz we could...

Add KPed to the equation & we had one rocking 3-way to finish off the WOD ;)

Ok, so I can't read. I did 7X7 instead of 7X5 with 3 at 45 and 4 at 55.
